EuropeAid is accepting applications for Promoting Registered Employment II Grant Scheme. The mission of this program is to contribute to the promotion of registered employment and decreasing unregistered employment in Turkey.
Objectives-
To improve the capacity of relevant local actors on combating unregistered employment
To promote innovative applicable activities for reducing unregistered employment
To facilitate and encourage co-operation between organizations operating in labour market such as public bodies, semi-public bodies, chambers, social partners, NGO’s, universities etc
To support bipartite and tripartite social dialogue mechanisms and inter-agency cooperation
To raise the awareness of social security among employees and employers in order to make registered employment an attractive option for employers and employees
To find effective methods for promoting registered employment at regional and local level
To support sectoral or company based institutionalization
The overall indicative amount made available under this Call for Proposals is € 10.400.000. The planned duration of an action will be 12 months.
Eligibility & Criteria-
be legal persons
be non-profit-making
be specific types of organisations such as: non-governmental organisations, public sector operators, local authorities, international (inter-governmental) organisations as defined by Article 43 of the Implementing Rules to the EC Financial Regulation and
be established in a Member State of the European Union or in a country that is a beneficiary of the Council Regulation (EC) No 1085/2006 of 17 July 2006 establishing an Instrument for Pre-Accession Assistance (IPA), or in a country that is a beneficiary of the European Neighbourhood and Partnership Instrument, or in a Member State of the European Economic Area. This obligation does not apply to international organisations
be directly responsible for the preparation and management of the action with the co-applicant(s) and affiliated entity(ies), not acting as an intermediary
