Catholic Agency for Overseas Development (CAFOD) is the overseas development and relief agency of the Catholic Church in England and Wales. The agency works to create an environment of equal opportunities for men and women irrespective of their race, nationality and religion.
The mission of CAFOD is “to promote human development and social justice in witness to Christian faith and Gospel values.” It works in partnership with more than 500 organizations in the UK as well as around the world with the objective of reducing poverty.
