International Institute for Asian Studies (IIAS) is inviting fellowship applications from outstanding researchers around the globe who want to apply as ‘Affiliated Fellow’ to work on an important piece of Asian Studies research in the social sciences and humanities.
The recipient will be offered a monthly grant of €1,100, housing, and one-time grant of maximum €1,000 towards the costs of international travel.
Eligibility Criteria –
Applicants must have fulfilled all requirements of the PhD. Applicants can be PhD candidate at the time of application provided that s/he graduate within 6 months after the application deadline. Candidate must submit letter of confirmation from the university.
Applicants must be outstanding researchers from anywhere in the world with desire to work on an important piece of Asian Studies research in the social sciences and humanities. Researchers who would like to work on a collaborative grant proposal or develop their PhD thesis into book publication are also eligible.
