Faculty for the Future Program invites applications from deserving women candidates from developing countries for award of fellowships

Launched by the Schlumberger Foundation in 2004, the Faculty for the Future program aims to support qualified and deserving women from developing countries by awarding them fellowships to continue their PhD or post-doctoral studies. The women who are awarded the fellowships can continue their study in the physical sciences and related disciplines at top universities abroad. After completion of their study, these women go back to their countries and contribute to the socio-economic development of their countries.
New Grant Application Process

Eligibility for Renewal Grant Application Process

Obtaining a Renewal grant is not automatic. Renewals are largely subject to performance, self-evaluation, and recommendations from your current supervisor (preferably host and home) as well as availability of funding. Strong evidence that other sources of funding have been explored should be indicated, especially if you have already received one renewal grant from Faculty for the Future.

The on-line system for application will be open from September 12, 2011 to November 30, 2011.
