Transform together scholarships for students who wish to represent in Sheffield Hallam University

Transform together scholarships are innovative, exclusive and competitive scholarships especially organized for ambitious students who want to represent in Sheffield Hallam University.

The scholarships include a one year full tuition fee waiver for a full time taught postgraduate courses as well as:

• A notebook with hard drive for use while you study
• An annual sports hallam performance membership annual pass for unlimited fitness opportunities on campus
• A personal mentor to help you start your career*
• The opportunity to become an alumni ambassador back in your home country
• Dinner with deputy vice chancellor to share your experiences
• Volunteer work that fits around your studies*
• A sheffield hallam hoodie

Successful scholars will be expected to represent Sheffield Hallam University through different activities during the academic year and once graduated.

Eligibility

To be eligible to apply for one of these scholarships you must

• Hold a first class honours degree or equivalent
• Have an unconditional offer from Sheffield Hallam University
• Be enrolling on a postgraduate full time one year course with Sheffield Hallam starting in 2012/13 academic year
• Be Self-funding your studies
• Have, or expect to achieve, a minimum of IELTS 6.0 (5.5 in all areas) or equivalent*
• Be classed as an international student for fees purpose
• Be able to pay for any additional fees your course may offer for example field trips

The panel will be held after the closing date and applicants will be notified approximately one month after the closing date using the contact details on the course application.

Important Dates:

Scholarship applications for taught courses starting in September 2012 applications must be submitted by 30 June, 2012.

Scholarship applications for taught courses starting in January 2013 applications must be submitted by 30 November, 2012.
